discussion has been ongoing for some times, and the final leg was for the onsite visit by potential JV partner to Morroco (if not mistaken)

recently, there was Malcy comment after discussion with CHAR, that farm out already in final stage but delayed to restriction to travel to Moroccon

which means as soon as travel restriction lifted (or maybe has been lifted recently), then it wont be long for JV to be finally.

my target is, we should hear good news update on the farm out later this month !!
