many are thinking we can only get proceeds after IPO. WRONG !!
the important of "planning" for IPO is that valuation is done and bankers would have engaged with all their institutional clients about the incoming IPO and pricing.
IF PREM desperate for cash and do not want to wait for after IPO, prem can directly engaged with those clients that interested to participate in IPO bookbuild, and prem can sell our stake in advance to them, at a small discount (say 5%). clients can instead buy our stake. similar to previously when PREM bought some stakes from other small players.

so, we do not know how long IPO process will be completed, BUT i do want the process to begin this month as mentioned in the RNS, as thats when PREM can start selling our stake based on the IPO valuation guidance, and with small discount!

even after the discount, it will be hugely valuable to PREM can change our fate massively !

the plan looks nice but when exactly will BZT receive the money?

looks like sellers from placing been dumping hard this week. hopefully not much left and we can start motoring from next week

how come UJO only 33m mcap and RBD only 42m ??

if Hannover said funded till dec, and judging that sp drifted down since than, looks like placing being arranged or about to be arranged,

he needs to do placing before Nov, most likely this month.

with lithium in high demand, and our mcap so low, we should at least bag or two from here soon!

two points:

commodities booming cycle is finally here! and will now continue to rise over several years!
lithium in very high demand especially for electric cars

while for past several years, we have been in comnodity downcycle, and hence low sp, but now things are changing.

i dont see anywhere stated funding is required soon, yet why several here are taking about placing ?

do we know whether placing is coming very soon??
