different between OXS and AST ???

Slovenia is in EU and part of bilaterial agreement enforced in EU while OXS dealing with no EU countries (Uzbekistan?).

EU countries are even more strict in following the agreement incl Slovenia and they are aware negative impact to other countries relationship incl UK, and also the fact that it will negatively impacted prospect of foreign investments into Slovenia

SO, NO NEED to compare OXS with AST as the reason stated above. IN FACT, from my understanding, SLOVENIA is the one offering to enter into settlement with AST as they are aware of negative consequences to Slovenia. Not to mention, Slovenia needs gas and EU also needs gas and they now want this assets to move forward to production

regardless of the size of settlement, any size will be win win for AST considering our mcap only 4m !!

i am sure others can add further, but i thought worth mentioning it as a couple of you guys started to compare with OXS

AST was around 40m to 50m mcap previously before Slovenia permit issue decimated out value. and compensation claimed is 50m plus economic loss

as such, i believe we will be granted with permit to continue together with say 30m cash;. so with 30m cash alone, that means our mcap would be at least 30m ie around 35p!!

so, wont sell mine below 35p

some like day trading it and they will end up looking their rewards similar to those in EUA rhetoric rise. so you will have to buy and hold
