Being objective
"Mines and Mining Development Minister Cde Winston Chitando, who recently toured the mine, said results of the recent resource evaluation exercise is encouraging and pledged government’s commitment to support the firm to raise funds towards resumption of mining."
Note suport thefirm(thats prem) to raise funds!
Question: why would the zim gov give away there majority stake and give money to prem?
“They have pumped in money to do resource evaluation and have come up with a fairly sizeable indicated and inferred resource. They are now in the process of raising funds to commence production,” Minister Chitando said.
Again he is taking about prem pumping in money and in the process of raising funds
"The shareholders are targeting to commence underground mining early next year before moving to open pit mining"
Again thats prem, nothing saying theres a JV
My take the zim gov want the mine up and running, they want prem to come up with their share of money to keep it going, the zim gov are keeping their % but may put cash in for their side.
No jv but prem needs to raise cash.
But we shall see if theres a RNS on monday
