Yes raise funds but the second give them cart blanche rights to keep diluting with shareholders permission! Have i got that right?

My take the zim gov want the mine up and running, they want prem to come up with their share of money to keep it going, the zim gov are keeping their % but may put cash in for their side.

No jv but prem needs to raise cash.

My guess it that our CEO is nearly 65, this is his retirement fund so if he partner with someone big he gets to retire very rich earlier

I agree, its not about buying out a JV is about buyingin!

They obviously went into preservation mode after the bad results.. but now they know the fix plus clevegen is taking off they need the cash to go big time..

So placings only get you to another point where as a partner depending on who it is could get you to the finish line... loook with enough money they can fast track everything to put the lot into generating an income.. imagine not just hogher SP but dividends
