BOD ' very imaginative

GR "Need to start the carrot and stick and again in newco so, how do we raise 6 million..... oh and by the way, once its launched we will fade PREM out and all the new investors will soon forget about the graveyard of investors we walked over there"

Prem has will no longer own RHA which devalues prem hense the drop in SP

Each shareholder will get shares in the new company NEWCO

So in theroy it should balance out however. The new company starts with having to get money to start it up

So instead of prem diluting as ive said for weeks it would need cash its redressed it in this new deal

But alternately the shareholder has lost out... lack of shareholder value as the SP drop reflects

Ive been shot down by the rampers here for pointing out GR history and how prem operates amd now look!

They are going to get a partner onboard so doubt they will do a placing especially since they have cash for another year anyway

At this point its anyones guess... GRs history suggests investors will get screwed.. but as someone said a clock is twice a day

For what its worth.. think any good news willl have a downside and tne sp will ultimately stay around these levels...

But thats the only the lucky few investors

Interesting the praise certain people are getting here cause they were lucky enough to bag in prem also made big losses as they proclaimed this week

If on those other BB you listened to their ramping you now would havve major losses

All in all if you cashed in on friday you have made...

1. Good news SP rises and you make more
2. Bad news and the profits you could of had are gone... worse still you are locked in cause you listened to the rampers

To the rampers, humility is a great quality to develop!

Notice how he was refering to the zim gov as the other shareholders!

Remember this:

That was a message to the zim goverment to pay for there half in the new restructured JV with them to bring the mine back up and running

All a guess imo but we shall see!

My guess is that the JV is just a restructured proposal with the zim gov on how much money they will front to restart the mine.

This is going to be really interesting what happens here on Monday!
