My view, partner is on its way but they need more evidence on Clevergen, that's why more cash was needed.

A partner might even have made a low offer for all we know and we refused, opted for a placing to raise more cash to get the evidence needed for the big one.

Also it's possible that today was a answer to a future partner that if you wa t in you need to pay cause look... even a placing didnt drop the SP and we raise millions and it wasn't by begging the public either!
