Yes ones invested want their investments to rise.. why wouldn't anyone, after all they why they hold

But a few derampers here want the SP to fall

Even if what they say here makes no difference to the SP it's all pretty sad.

The likes of pared and Mani obviously are not invested here, coming on here every day to push negitive about the company that just are not true. Making up senarios to scare others from investing.

They obviously have some sort of grudge againt this company or they want the SP to be lower

Fact is you constant moaning about finance would be worth debating but not a week after they just raised over 3 million by a private placing where have a million came from company members, their familys and friends, another million via an Exsiting shareholder and the rest by an institutional investor

Petroteq Energy Inc. ("Petroteq" or the "Company") (TSXV: PQE; OTC: PQEFF; FSE: PQCF), a fully integrated oil and gas company, announces the closing and issuance of 15,000,000 common shares to Momentum Asset Partners I, LLC representing the equity component of the consideration payable by the Company pursuant to the acquisition from Momentum of 50% of the operating rights and interests relating to oil sands under U.S. federal oil and gas leases encompassing approximately 8,480 gross acres (4,240 net acres, less royalty) in the State of Utah. As previously announced on February 8, 2019, the total consideration for the acquisition is US$10.8 million (US$1.8 million in cash and US$9 million in shares at a deemed value of US$0.60 per share).



In addition, the Company announces that the closing of the subscriptions for 1,730,263 common shares and warrants exercisable for 1,481,481 common shares for gross proceeds of US$482,000, as previously announced on March 25, 2019.



The Company also announces the execution of an agreement with an arm's length supplier wherein the Company has agreed to issue the supplier 700,000 common shares of the Company in consideration for the Company's decision not to proceed with the purchase of certain pieces of used equipment as they had made a strategic business decision to purchase new ?equipment from a different supplier.? The issuance of the shares is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and will be subject to a four-month hold period

Happy to be corrected here but 1.5 million euros worth of shares could be just over 3% so we should see a TR-1 if it's a single buyer. If not then we won't see one unless the additional shares tip them over the 3% limit.

Personally I think it could be more than one institutional buyer. Possibly some who sold out on the drop to cut their losses and are coming back in... it would make sense for FARN to approch them when setting up this private placing.

In any case whoever the II is, one or more I could see them slowly hovering up any availible shares on the open market, slowly and quietly so as not to cause a SP rise on demand. Maybe the plan is to get back some of the losses from jumping ship too early

9 quid a share cause it looked like phase 3 trails of Traumakine was going to be completely positive and going to market.

Oops, RNS comes in... something was wrong... Very mixed data.. SP falls to the now 60p

Further investigation was needed yet our CEO remains very positive... short time later, corto-steriods interfered with the test.

Now they know Traumakine works for 30% of ARDS paitients. The rest they are figuring out. Great news if you are the 30% but they need to confirm this through a retrial

During this time number 2 drug Clevergen tests are proving some amazing things in conection to cancer treatment

Confidence In FARN is shown repeatedly by the company and recent private placing proves they all are putting there money where there mouth is.

Plus they are in negotiations with several large pharma companies... obviously interested cause FARN has value

As with all share patience is required but with FARN in my opinion it will be rewarded

When placings are done normally they are below the current market price to encourage buying in, but this just adds to the confidence of FARN when they all bought at the current SP

You don't buy more shares put of your own pocket plus have family and friendship buy in if they think this will fail. Quite the opposite!

Other PDMRs also participated in the Fundraise, these include Matti Karvonen, Jami Mandelin and Maria Lahtinen or persons closely associated with them who subscribed for 56,980, 10,256 and 14,245 Subscription Shares respectively.

In addition to the subscriptions made by the Directors and PDMRs above, Dr Jonathan Knowles, chairman of the Scientifc Advisory Board, has also subscribed for 284,900 Subscription Shares for an amount of €200,000.

Which wasn't discussed because it was clearly a glitch on this site and the RNS was public knowledge in other places on the internet.

Either way, it's not big news, you clearly want to make out that AVIVA reduced holding is the sign of the death of FARN while refusing to highlight all the positve buying in last week.

Are you even invested here? If you are you have a funny way of supporting your investment! It's as if you and pred want this to fail when clearly all the interviews and RNSs reveal this is an exciting time to be here!

The sold was only based on 1 big sell, if it indeed was a sell. The extra stock for the buying (as we all know there are very little shares availible on the market) probably came from the AVIVA shares.

The point made earlier about the company placing in trusted hands makes for the argument that they don't want someone coming in on the cheap.

Directors, family of them, company workers buying in on the placing says alot... they know they have something big here...

They are lining the chips up for when the partner comes in... Or a buy out to benifit to the max.

Mani you seem to want the SP to fall.
