30 % of shares in public hands means only just under 7 million pounds worth is poentially tradeable since 70% of the shares are locked up by the company, iis and very large shareholders

So as of this time today 700£ worth of shares have been traded out ofthe £7 million in public hands

Well my shares are going nowhere... how many more are not going to be traded

The float here is tiny..... great for us existing shareholders

The big buys could easily be from ones who know the score with FARN and are following the big money already invested... the smaller buys could be the herd following the rising SP

Small float with only 30% of the shares in public hands...

Supply and demand or news leaking out!?!

Good timing with my 'this is the start of the rise' comment yesterday!

Whats happening is the question?

Was invested here as the very first share i owned.. got in at 40s then averaged down when it droped to 20s. Ended up averaging 23 and sold last year when it was 35

Always thought i would get back in when i freed up some cash on other shares....

Theres a lot of shares to sell here.... think it might even drift down to 10 over the coming weeks

On the positve it will be a company owned by shareholders. Also the BOD and all tne staff who own will be diluted alot so everyone is in the same boat.

Ive no doubt that this will work out but i remember a couple of years ago when the sp rose steadily day after day until 45 talk of 2 or 3 or 10 quid a share.... but now im less green behind the ears, looking at the gigantic amount of shares out there... this sp will allways be low.

Never gonna get my money back on the share

It could be possible the big recent buyers have averaged down from the drop... but one thing is for sure they have all took advantage of the low SP

And they have spent millions on shares so they certainly have confidence and commitment FARN

Such a high amount of shares owned by just 8 people.. 60% of the company. Plus all the other family members and company employees... i dont know for sure but that could easily add up to another 5 -10 %

Realistically there could only be 30- 35 % of shares out there on the market to trade... and mine are going nowhere.. keeping a tight lock on what is gotta to be the most undervalued shares out there...

The people with the money have money cause they know how to invest and make money... 60% of FARN is bought up by big privage investors...

Needs updatingwith all the latest buying from the private placing plus the extra buying Timo and Tom have just bought...

Basically these lot have around 60% of the shares

Only 40% on the market for trade, roughly only 14 million shares...

Hardly anything.. so when the big news drops anyone who wants in wont grt any shares.... happy times for us holders!

Bought just under 1% of the company bringing his total to 10%

Wondered why the drop yesteday... placi g news leaked out!

But then the drop today... placing set at such a low price, .35... colin loves to kill the SP as long as he has his wages secured

Look at FARN. They recently did a private placing where the CEO put in 200 grand, in fact the bod as well as company workers and familly memebers put in 1/2 million quid, then 1 very large exsisting share holder put over 1 million and II put in another million.. what SP did they get? The same price anyone could get on the day...

Result? SP Stayed the same... shows a placing can be done without killing the SP.

Ast sp droped 25% on just 750 grand of worth new shares...

About time we saw some shareholder value here

Could be 2 different people or the same buyer. E 5 grand and 2 7.5 grand buys... someone got in cheap...

The BOD jave been very cleaver here. Only have to look at tge CEO history of starting companies, partnering them and then selling... all invested should be happy you are in before tge partnering and tgen the big ticket sell.

Also notice how when the private placing wax done everyone bought in at the market price.. no sneaky low priced shares... take that as being very fair to us exciting sharehokders.

Not only do we have 2 workerable drugs but also a BOD with good business sence

Who sells 15 shares... whats the point!
