The grant of options was from a previous aggrement, so they can be applied weather there is news pending or not... hence the reason they have grant of options.

I can se the RNS dropping any day,

Imaging selling 5 minutes before that? Or even buying 5 minutes before !

Im sure GR doesnt want to delist, he makes 1000 quid a day from his wage, plus he owns a company that rents him his office space for over 100 grand a year. And bills prem for it.. all in the RNS yesterday, is this allowed under aim rules?

Its very disapointing ARCM shares where sold with out informing the market, unless telling everyone buyed at the bottom of the report yesterday was the announcement

There was always the fear that GR would pay his personal loan back with these shares bought by the shareholder.

Then there are the circum shares... but they have been given to cash convertors ATM and they will want their money back soon and i bet tbey wont accept the zim monopoly money

Then theres the 300 grand overdraff.. well as anyone knows overdrafts are just a loan, which also has to be be paid back

Not to mention the possible investigation into the company that was mentioned yesterday

Not one is near to making any money, infact most nothing is happening on.

One thing is clear from the RNS yesterday, GR has a clear intention of buying something else... where will the money come from?

One option: there are far too many shares out there and to dilute at this price would double the amount of shares so he could consolodate and dilute at the same time thus the Shareholder may get a bit confused about what has happened.
Or he could sell something off
Or he could buy some worthless thing in exchange for prem shares

Who knows...?

As long as the company keeps getting their wages then we wont delist.. dont know whats worse, delisting and lossing your money or the company still keps functioning, the BOD keeps its wages but the Shareholder never sees value or even get to a proce to get his money back... maybe the first one then at least its over!

We all know FARN has exceptional news due any time.. yes untill it drops noone knows for sure... thats a given, but untill good or bad news to alter a Share price surely supply and demand should play a role

Each day buys always outweighs sells
Yesteday morning helped by the 1000 grand (4 x 25 ) buyer
Yet the MMs keep trying to dangle us on the edge of 1 quid a share...

I know they have there ways of creating a market by encouraging PIs to sell or buy by raising and droping the SP, even shooting it up and down at ridiculous swings

Can they trade shares they havent got yet? Like sell shares on credit cause im unsure where they are getting shares from as consitantly buys out weigh sells.

Sells havent draged the SP down, in fact buys have well outweighed sells today... as well as last friday.

The only day sells outweighed buys was on the penultimate RNS

But on the whole buys always outweighs sells...

Partner news is very much a real thing spike.

Its been mentioned in previous RNSs

On Clevegen we have been told they are in discussions with serveral parties inc large pharma. When ARCO event was on last month the CEO told us via a interview they had meetings set up for discussions

On Traukamine it is clearly stated that further trials will be financed by a partner

So its very much an important topic od discussion

Spike do you have any thoughts on who the partners could be?

And what happened to 'newco'?

I think consolidation is what will happen now.. to many shares in issue. But it will drop with dilution so it will be harder for PIs to see how much they are diluted.

Then GR will buy something, im sure thrre will be a share agreement in there and for the next year this is what he will talk about

Zulu, circum, rha, and what happened to the TCT forestry thing, all the stuff in Togo and Benin

All these where the focus till they hit a brick wall and bought somthing else to have a reason to dilute again
