The 2 biggest holders,

Wouldnt put it past the MMs to play the same trick they did with Timo last week. Bring the SP down, scare loads and trip stop losses to collect shares for his order.

We coulc see the same trick again but this time Tim topping up

Bear in mind the grant of options for Faron BOD is set at 109 and we know from placings that they are always set at market value.

My point when all the big shares have bought more they are happy with market value prices

So Tim may well have a big order in.

But whats great if this is true then the free float gets even smaller :)

Thats why timo is so confident to spend millions on this share... to increase his holding to 13.11%.

And the last tranche of shares he took directly from the trading pool.. thus making the free float smaller and making our shares more valuable when news lands

For me im not bothered about the sells and the SP dropping a bit... if i was a day trader then it would mean something but im fully loaded, in profit and waiting longer term for the big news.

Plus the small sellers are... who cares aboutbthem selling for a loss or for a tiny profit... personally im not interested in doing that myself.

Infact let them get out and good riddance to them. If their shares are bought by snicky hands all the better, the free float becomes all the smaller and when news then lands its a scramble to buy the shatpres that are not availible to buy

Sometimes buys and sells close together have been ones 'bed and isa' ing their shares

Just 8 weeks ago this was said;

To put this into perspective Timo has increased his share holding from 4.48 % to 13.11% in the past 7 weeks

So when you look at the sells they are small PIs selling sums under a grand but as we have seen last week Timo was gobbling them all up.

Anyone ever wonder what all these directors of companies acually do?

This is all that will be discussed at the AGM.

They are always hyped up on these BB as if something transformational will happen but in reality they are dull dry and boring.

2. OrdinaryResolution-to re-appoint P Amorusoasa director of the Company.
3. OrdinaryResolution-to re-appoint S Copeasa director of the Company.
4. Tore-appoint P K F Littlejohn LLP as auditors to the Company

Expecting another rise today, too much going for FARN ATM and the large investors keep loading up

Think its interesting that Timo loaded up from exsiting shares... he could have gone direct and we could of had some dilution

1. He went to Marku who said no, buy them on the open market... if so good sign, Marku wants a small amount of shares out there

2. Buying on the open market shrinks the free float.... good sign as Timo was willing to pay market value and try to snag aload cheap vis the back door thus showing confidence in the company

Wonder if Tim Lind will try to increase his holding to match Timo?

This share acts like this; very little trades one day Nd the next .5 to 1 million the next :)

Thinking of the SP activity befor timo bought aload again. The MMs where constantly moving the sp lower scare PIs into selling, not happing now... makes me think its a waiting game for the next big RNS... most holders are sitting put for now... a very few minority sell cause they are bored. Thats all

But when partner news or clevegen massive success update lands then it will be all hell for leather!
