They have merged 3 companies together, will always be some layoffs and changes. “Cause has been shown why the above company should not be struck off the register ” Maybe the bill was not technically due and there was a disagreement between the co and HMRCs interpretation of the documents submitted which lead to an unexpected bill to start with, and now HMRC have agreed these were correct.

just emailed Arden, wait and see if if helps nudge the TR1 along, its a week later now they should be on the share register.

The only thing that may not need a tr1 is if the two sells were a transfer and are still owned by the same owner ie 24.7. But if that was the case where the hell have all the shares that have been bought come from the last week, if they have borrowed the shares from somewhere there is a hell of a lot to find when it comes to returning them. I know mm have different reporting rules and can have over 3% without reporting it but If that was the case they have sold in to market at a massive loss to themselves and the only way to explain them having he stock would be placing shares being forward sold and we are yet to be informed, but as the par value here is 1p they would still be out of pocket and it’s very unlikely. Or they could just be useless have not processed the tr1 in the required timescale.

maybe hes put the £760k in to secure a new comfy role in the new co that will pay a better return via a salary.

ive been re reading the RNS' and cant see where it says you will get shares in the new co like some are suggesting, can you point it out to me.

compare their conversion price difference today ... to ours which will be at a min 2.6p.. they are willing to convert at 50pps when their sp was under 4p, our CLN holders won’t do to bad in comparison. Ps. nice 1m buy printed red, GL whoever it was.
