i know its the max number that can be converted i have read the funding part of the prospectus and i hope you are right, over dilution is always horrible, but after being on the hard end of other trades in companies that have had a similar set up previously i try to keep my expectations towards the lower end and work up from the worse case scenario.

It will go up and down but they have committed to a CLN with the lowest conversion price possible, they should have negotiated a higher price.

And been as they can convert at 90% of the lowest daily VWAP for the 15 days prior they can currently convert a chunk at the £0.0025 nominal value, so in theory they could pump it for 14 days while they sell chunks off and have one low day and pocket the shares at the lowest price possible.

Im not negative here i think its a reasonable punt, im just aware of the downside and am pointing it out, there is an equal chance they can pump the price to execute the warrants from the first batch and not need the entire draw down. so quite possible at £0.0050p it can be 50% down or a few hundred %+ up.

.065 prices SNT at £380k. when Decembers half year net assets were £626k and its probably still got £200-£250k cash isnt this prime for another pump or bounce back to the 0.1p placing price?

i can see it dropping more as up to 1.4b extra shares are forward sold into the market at anything above nominal value, then it will probably drop lower than par as traders exit.

Aftab wasnt the only one who made some cash, "the investor" probably made about £100k on the spike from forward selling the 10m loaned shares from Joao and David aswell.

But thats not to say it wont get pumped again and again to enable each batch to be forward sold, so there will probably more opportunities to trade the swings.

Swapped 8.3m shares at 5.6p each, for an actual stake in a producing asset, that was still better than some of Vonks previous funding attempts where the cash was just pissed away.

It means it’s a company with no assets for two weeks while it winds up trading. sadly it looks like Tinkler has taken to save the assets as the loan was engineered to put to much of a limit on time. I Was also thinking about the possibility of Tinkler taking over the remaining shell company and doing something with it, maybe offer the chance to reinvest that 1p per share, plenty of struggling airlines at the moment but even if it became a holiday booking website or something it could generate something, and wouldn’t take much to justify the remaining £3m Mcap. Unlikely but still possible.
