They Posted this two weeks ago, it gives some info on the new company, they have a last reported interest here of 18m shares, plus the 5m today and whatever they decide to buy on top as they indicated they are buyers under 0.5p.

They just got bombarded this morning on Twitter because the 5m sell today and the 5m in the rns issued to them today was a bit coincidental but they claimed it was not them selling, it’s been and gone now anyway and in reality it could just have easily been EGHOS or anyone else.

So the company is not making money and has an outdated business that is declining every year and the sp is now under £200k kcal with no debt. But through all the negatives COULD there be hope here as a possible cash shell listing considering it has “no debt” Obviously If they sold / gave away / closed down the old assets. I Had about £20k in here along time ago, glad I broke or made a profit at the time, now 0.16p blimey.

3 x 1 trades now, did they want to round up the 3 trades at 0.33p to a penny in total and really get their moneys worth? We will have to wait and see.

2x 1 trades, probably bs trades but you never know, today’s bickering might have stirred the pot.

Yea i am aware of that, i have just emailed them asking for confirmation on a few points, will see if / what answer i get.

i read most of the financing side of the prospectus before so expected the 0.25p conversions and forward selling which is why i waited to buy in, and i am just reading aligns notes, nice to know they currently have more cash then i expected.

I just have a gut feeling that after selling this batch EHGOS and Sefton might convert to <15% each at the same time, so i didnt want to wait to long.

WideCells Group PLC ("WideCells" or the "Company")

Update

WideCells Group PLC, announces that, following the issuance of the Prospectus on 22 February 2019, the Company has today issued a further drawdown notice under the financing agreement entered into by the Company and the European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund (the "Investor") (see RNS dated 6 November 2018), for the aggregate sum of up to £1,358,231 for which the Company shall issue bonds ("Convertible Bonds") convertible into ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Investor on the following basis:

I. £893,231 to be subscribed for and paid to the Company immediately;

II. £265,000 to be subscribed for and paid to the Company on 6 June 2019; and

III. thereafter, following the 6 June 2019, one further tranche of £200,000 to be subscribed for and paid to the Company on the date which is 40 days after the 6 June 2019 (or the next business day).

Here are a few notes i have made, i work on worse case with number of shares in issue, but if i have missed anything (im not 100% sure i have accounted for all conversions) please point it out.

average traded price today is £0.003361449.
based on todays trading as the lowest conversion price the next CLN conversion would be at just over 0.3p.

i think its only irratic atm because of Brandes, they sold off 5% in 3 trading days, once their supply has dried up or they decide to stop selling i expect it to quickly jump closer to MAs suggested price, and who knows if they do the same they could be gone by Wednesday.

I know but when my buy order is at 0.33 and it goes 0.31 to 0.35 bypassing my order but filling a few others at a slightly lower price it is annoying

I have tried buying this share a couple of Times when I see it drop. But you never can buy it unless you want to buy in £200-£300 blocks. I expected it to be easy to buy with the amount of shares it has in issue now, but I’ve Had a buy order in for a while today....

I don’t know why the bond holders don’t have a vote to waive the full payment on change of control clause. Or add a condition that they will have to be refinanced or payed in full within say 12 months after the change of control has happened.

Should be win win for both parties especially With the Bonds trading at around the 50p in the £ currently.
and normally bondholders want the guaranteed payments.

There was some strange trading Friday, that one trade at 3.6p when the sp was 3p shows how low the available shares were at the time, who knows,

the green light to me was JPM buying 5%, which I just realised coincidentally roughly covers all the shorts >0.5% declared on short tracker if that is their plan (Odeys 2.5% net short + remaining)

Brandes have been selling at around 3p recently and have been the only big seller, everyone else is buying.

No agenda probably just Brandes selling in the background.

Of which 7.87% is Odey, but they also have hedged that with a 5.23% long position, so are (as of Thursday) net 2.5% short.
