If I was a betting man (and I am), unless WW3 steps in I see good dividend returns until 2030-2031.
I bought 10 years ago and I hope I can hold another 10 to take the juice out of this share (already up 300%)
Were will we be in 10 years time...that´s another question ....
Thanks a million.
Interestingly I discovered time ago a webpage (I guess is American) with the following dividend forecasts for BIRG
2022 forecast 0.16€ (it was actually as we all know 0.2€)
2023 forecast 0.35€ (now forecasted by FT at 0.5€)
2024 forecast 0.75€ (now forecasted by FT 0,6€)
2025 forecast 1.119€
2026 1.77€
2027 2.5€
2028 3.32€
2029 4.27€
2030 5.36€
That webpage- stockforecast.com - did get rid of those estimates, time ago as well, and is no longer showing any forecast for BIRG dividends
Regards
Thanks JohnHume, don´t mind me. As I said I am no expert. (though doing very well so far with BIRG (375% gain so far)
On a different note. What would the SP have to be in order to get a 3eur SP dividend? Any idea?
cheers
Thank you Johnhume,
I understand the SP of 315 eur must be wrong. {or me unable to read it right} . As I said I am not into financial concepts PER, EPS, NM, market cap etc. as I have zero knowledge on the same, I am only saying what was the share price for BoI before the 2007 crisis and could that price be reached again ? and if the answer is yes I would divide that figure by 3 as
I understand that way the Share value split {2017?} .
That's how I do my maths, surely too simplistic and wrong but still curious what awas the Sp before the 2007 crisis
cheers
I am surely no expert or even a beginner in financials. However, looking at charts the SP dec 2006 reached 315€ . I am sure I am not reading it correct and that maths are simplistic and wrong but IF that figure was to be true and IF there was a split to consolidate the Share for 1/3rd of the value of the SP.. you tell me… 100€?
Regards
Maybe it has been said before but I read somewhere that best booster for BOI SP would be my bank ( Ulster bank) exiting ROI.
Which could happen soon according to the media.
That would made, apparently, BOI very attractive for a take over from another major european player.
Of course only one thing would be better than that.. making a Reddit of this chat ?? to boost up the SP...??
I believe they have tried something like that in my country ( Spain) in the last couple of days from some social chats and with some lost causes (PLCs)...
ps: I am still surprised you are even answering that waster shiithorse
Thanks very much for the answer Sean. I am resident in IRelenad.
Been a PAYE employee i was wondering if DEGIRO would do the work for me and deduct whatever tax is the law aT SOURCE, rather than putting me in charge of filling returns etc.
Good morning All,
it may already been mentioned but I may have missed it....does anybody know how does it work with tax and any profits made on trading ? Is it DIRT ? CGT ? Are they deducted at source for PAYE slaves ? do we have to do anything else, paperwork etc. to satisfy the appetite of our beloved taxlord, or is that it ?
Many thanks in advance for the answer(s) . Just opened my account and will be trading, hopefully, soon .
