About to buy Afren maybe?

I look for undervalued companies that have substance and good fundamentals. I heard BOD was undervalued which was I was semi interested to begin with and curious to see other people's view on it. I avoid AIM for many reasons one of them that that most of them don't generate revenue and its known for being a casino environment. I don't think its in the spirit of the forum to be rude so I apologise if my first post was inflammatory.

How can it be a real company with only 6 employees and most of them are the directors which is a joke. How can it be a serious company when it doesn't even generate revenue. If you check the annual report there is no revenue for 2014 or 2013. On top of that the balance sheet looks dodgy with over $5 million in intangible assets but no real assets like PPE. The net assets looks good but its not because there is no real assets there. I know someone who invested heavily into BOD and I pity him for it. I am glad I didn't waste any money on this company.
