Sandy- the only problem on relying on Zimbabwe officials mentioning timelines to signing is they never materialise and it appears they don't even care about their own reputation.
The company having got the draw dawn done should put out a detailed timeline to production at BP and inform the market at what temperature in commissioning has been reached, at least manage what is under their control to provide some confidence to the market.

The only ramp that would work (apart from diamond signature) is for bod to provide a detailed timetable to production and the 1st evidence that those timelines are being hit.

I believe they have separate team working on Diamonds and have got Botswana diamonds on consultancy basis to steer this side of business if it transpire and rest of the management should not be detracted from Romania operations. I was half expecting a progress chart at Baita to be accompanying this rns or one issued fairly closely afterwards- after all what has team on the ground been upto for the last 6 months or so.

Good news and a change of sentiment to super positive, I suspect there are a number of rns's waiting to be released with hot commissioning etc. in the wings. I also suspect an intra-day diamond. The trains in motion. Long wait at the station but suspect will gather momentum here-on.
