Looks as if Metal NRG probably offloading some, as they have been below the 3% threshold since end of April.

Remember there is a interview touted, suspect will be released later today, which may spell out the significance of the rns.

Does anyone have an idea when the annual report and accounts are due to be published, also if there is an email address for investor queries?

Quant- exactly put more succinctly than I. and as Enrico says if warrants are exercised it's more of a positive it brings cash to the company which can be used to expedite drilling/exploration etc.

Aandi- sorry didn't mean to imply the 98.5m warrants were converted, but block listed, although one can read into that that they are likely to be converted rather than not- which I believe to be a positive in the sense that something dramatic corporate may happen if all the outstanding warrants are conveted- that's how I read it, could be up a wrong tree altogether.

Also note about 30m shares from placing and 98.5m shares attached to warrants are being admitted on the 15th of May. Read into that whatever you want to.

She's still waiting imminently for a order shortly to be signed by AP, which in turn is waiting for a pen ordered by the shortly to be appointed mine manager- that appears to be the long and short it- to be updated very quickly.

Looks like all the tricks in the book are being used to keep it below or around 3p- some orders being filled- lets see end day or tomorrow some big late reported trades.

Volume approaching almost the level for yesterday, and it isn't even mid-day, suspect a frenzy in the late afternoon.

I think the block listing of warrants is a clear indication that these warrants are expected to be exercised in the very near future, which in turn should clear way for corporate action of some sort- guessing the bod are smelling someone or two hovering around.

Miz- so it's not imminent, nor shortly but soon!

a little positive into close, hope haven't spoken too soon.

Whether it's politicians to blame or not, they need to update the the market on both the diamond and the BP production (or Lack of)- they need to realise when you are public listed company , when you give expected time lines these need to be followed through.

I am not sure there is any coronavirus related delay from China, if it were so the company would have to update the market and say so, as many other companies in that position have done so, unless our Nomad is asleep.
