If any one wanted to take over they just need to buy 30% of shares in circulation (£7m) and they would be obliged to offer the 12 month high of 0.52p for the remainder- shouldn't be too difficult to form a concert party to take it private if the assets are good- perhaps thats been the plan all along to use PI's as canon fodder to develop it to this stage- there was a guy who bought a fair chunk back about 18months or so ago and there has been no rns to indicate if his holding has decreased percentage wise.

Did any one manage to listen in on the AGM yesterday and if so any observations on the questions asked/answered! is there a recording?

Now that the shareholders have approved all the resolutions, the board needs to double down on preparing the drilling programme- lets have some action into Q3 tomorrow.

Yes CostaM- exactly thats my reasoning, if everything proceeds as expected then the drilling would be done by mid September and assay samples should be in the labs and some murmurings on IOCG's would begin to emerge hopefully.

My buy @ 16.14 is not showing again on lse. similar to yesterday.

There are definitely games being played, for some reason price is not being moved, wether they (mm's) have abundance of shares or are collecting, not quite sure, I guess with small volume it's easy for them to control for whatever reason.

They can try all the tricks in the book, but by late this afternoon they would not be able to keep a lid on this in my opinion.

There was at least one trade ( buy) after 4pm- I know because I had a little top up. I guess there are a few which aren't showing, there is some glitch on LSE.

1.77 is the current buy price, think from tomorrow afternoon would expect it go up to 2p in anticipation of AGM and some news on the drilling programme.

Looks like mm's are calling emergency services to stop the share price tipping over 1.80.

Henry- welcome and think you got your timing perfectly, hopefully news flow from next week onwards should develop an upward trend.

Obviously they are confident, hope they don't hide nuggets in their back pockets- lol

Heathf- absolutely well run outfit- also if you want to further exert influence don't forget to vote on the AGM resolutions, particularly on pre-emption rights on headroom increase authority.

Mrx6- The company has already spent A$1m , they need to spend another A$1.1 to qualify for 50% equity. They've raised about £600k recently which should be enough for the drilling campaign and analysis- if the results are moderately positive do you think they would have any difficulty in converting the 98m warrants and £2m for the further 15% or would even Andromeda consider Joint venturing further exploration and thus pay their apportion of costs? If they stick to plan then there should not be much further dilution unless they they find another compelling target.
