How are people allowed to cancel trades and then report considerable time afterwards- surely this is manipulation.

What I don't understand is how you can have trades cancelled and reported significant time afterwards- surely that price manipulation or spoofing.

Agree if the parameters from the original LOI have changed then that needs to be communicated to the market in an RNS.

I am aware it is a different project to the one ORCP are involved but it just illustrates that PPIB are active in Thar related projects.

In the dawn and tribune newspapers, it is reported that PPIB have approved the financial close on the Thar block 11 CPEC project.

If the project process has changed and new procedures are in play, then it would impact the timescale of the project and the company should relate this to the market.

Is it tomorrow the weeks extension completes- if so we should have some rns by close of play tomorrow as wether the licence has been awarded or not.

Sorry Trek, It's March 2019 RNS. It is worth reading the Wuddina agreement and get a feel of the possible scenario's that might play out here.

Trek- for whats it worth my view is only sufficient drilling and hence the resource explored in order to at least earn in 50% from Andromeda, the real fireworks will start if there is Au in them hills after the initial earn-in is complete. Just my thoughts.
The details pertaining to Wuddina Agreement are somewhere in an rns in March 2018.

It's not the mistakes in themselves which there have been many- but the honesty and acknowledgement of them and some deliberate mistakes/deceptions. Lets hope they come up with some cunning ways to bolster the share price before the AGM, where they'll be seeking shareholder support for increasing headroom again.
