option B is purely his way of transferring any monies to his solely controlled company and at the same time continuing to control all access to the records of the old company, so no one will ever know how him and his mates squandered £700k of shareholders funds. I intend voting against resolution 1 and most probably all resolutions- if there is an impartial count, hopefully he has to resign and some shareholders are allowed to examine the company records with a view to litigation.

Jim- Ok sorry thought giving up Cobalt might have been some sort of trade-off. Don't think we will ever get the full story, just have to guess various theories.

Did our giving up of the rights for cobalt play any part in gaining Mn exclusively from MM and the Togo authorities may have facilitated!

They should update on the wether the processing plant has been shipped from China, they said in Oct. rns that it was going to be shipped in November- even something on Twitter to update on something that was indicated to happen in November would help.

In the absence of any news from Togo, can we have an update on the processing plant- if it's been shipped from China. Also whether any further sales from Diamond Creek have continued.

The thing I would like clarification on is, do the other JV partners pay 50% of the costs for further exploration? or do we pay all costs for further exploration (£2.9m) in order to get 75%.

In the last rns they said that shipping of the processing plant from China was scheduled to take place in November. Perhaps they would update us on that in the next few days!

JimBL- thanks for persuing for the answer and sharing, although still bewildered as to what work or issue remains to be resolved before a permit can be granted- they have repeated many times that all the criteria required have been fulfilled.

JimBL- thanks for firing off the email to DR and RL- I would hope they are able to communicate with the government that the current delays and lack of clarity is unacceptable and any further meetings need be accompanied by the permit- the company should rather begin to focus on DC, and reduce the personnel in Togo. No more management time or trips to country before a permit.

It's been 10 days since that photo with the mining minister was posted on the twitter- surely this isn't a trick by the Togo gov. to support their hospitality industry by keeping our management in their hotels as long as possible.

If the Togo permit is given, we could jump to 0.5p, if not approved or significant doubt remains then we could drift back to 0.05p.

Richy- your post from yesterday evening is spot on, except that I think we will have 75% earn in completed by the end of this year- 1st stage is done to 50% imminently, only needs another £2.5m expenditure on exploration to get the next 25%. We should be funded for that with the warrant conversions.

I hope they have gone with diarised appointments with whoever is responsible for the final sign off of the permit. This time around there should be no excuse for extending the visit nor not returning without a permit.
