Before consolidation, i had 5525 shares.
After consolidation my shares were 552
552 / 3, x 8 = 1472

But on AJBell it looks as if your can buy RI shares for £1.06

Can i sell RI shares now for 88p or whatever and then buy them back at 1.09?

Not sure Forest34 is even invested. He says in earlier post to take up rights or just keep them. What does that mean? You can't, they will elapse and will be worth nothing.

Forest34, I asked how. What action have you taken? If the RI price is fixed then the SP getting lower surely isnt a good thing?

My £14500 stake now looks to be worth £4600! 552 shares at £6 and 1472 RI shares at now 88p. I cannot see what I am meant to do.
