This has been the pattern I have noticed after news. The only thing that perked things up was when Mr Taylor bought more time before last. The last two RNS from EUA have dented the sp for some odd reason. I have bought £1000 into my new ISA each time its dipped lower.

Whats happened to the poor old sp? The recent news wasnt that bad! Looks to be a tempting price to buy a few for my ISA.

Ive been with HL for a good number if years and not once have they messaged me about voting rights on any share. They do accept your vote via a message sent from your account tho. Ive just done this for EUA.

Thanks oldspursfan. The RNS mentions treasury shares but a previous rns said there are none. So my point was that the £250,000 worth of 0.1p shares would go there initially and not be sold at 0.1p. To my mind this is going to happen on a yes vote.

I agree that the next bit is vague and we dont know how they get moved on but they did mention a rights issue in the RNS.

Sorry to ask but but can someone put me straight! I read the RNS as £250,000 of new shares with a face value of 0.1p. Then these to be sold as treasury shares in a 10 for 1 rights issue to existing holders? I thought that as there aren't any shares in the treasury as yet. They are likely to be offered at a discount to the current share price so somewhere in the low 20p bracket. This will generate £50 million if I have my sums correct?

I suspect this will be the first of a few such deals to be done. Its clear to me that we are not going down the total sale route and looks like being a series of partial sales and also our own mining projects. For me as a longer term investor this sounds very attractive. Potentially better returns than the AFC report hinted at too. Its only a negative RNS if you thought £3.50 per share was gong to drop next week! Any weakness in the sp Monday and im having a few in my new ISA!

Can anyone summarise if the bondholders benefit from not accepting the deal? Is it in their interests at all if it doesnt go through? Sorry to ask but the detail takes some wading through.

Hi Ducati2, can you remember what the sp was when they took their percentage?

Is it likely that Graham can do the double? Satisfy the bond holders and get a deal off the ground for the LNG plant? If so I suspect the sp will certainly move upwards a few pence? Regards
