It makes it sound like they are celebrating the fact that there's another contract delay coming, 150% of the size of the delayed one just reported.

I've never come across a company that spins news in this way.

Neither (the £0.8m or £1.2m) are 'savings'. The costs will be matched against the relevant income as and when (if) it lands.

It was JC who said that there would be "new contract wins for the Company by end of October". He wasn't put under pressure by shareholders to declare that.

Either clueless or deceitful.

That's perfect if you're planning an MBO.

Let the clock and every little bit of cash that's left run down until an MBO is the only option.

Deliberately let everything look like the plan is shot to pieces.

Maybe it's not just a delay, perhaps one, two or all three of these 'CyanConnode clients' contracts have actually gone elsewhere.

It's three contracts not to be signed, not two:-

It smacks of deliberate destruction to me, leaving the company exposed to a management buyout?

They still need to provide a trading update in early January 2020, to let everyone know how they've been getting on during this quarter (even though people already know). Shambolic.
