You've got to admit that the Thai thing on 30/12/19 must have been squeezed into 2019 for a reason. Why didn't they just wait a few days until it was signed before announcing it?

They needed it in 2019.

If Powell & Stamp help themselves to another 120m or so of shares at 3p, raising £3m for the company, between them they will own 50%+ of the company. Gets to the same place really.

The tech & contracts are assets and could be transferred to another vehicle.

But if the company can't repay the secured loan and they end up owning the tech and the contracts going forward, they might be quite satisfied with the result and who has delivered it.
