One trading update showing a particular turnover figure doesn't prove anything i.e. it's no proof of a trend being formed. The £1.6M received could be a complete anomaly - I don't know. If they can spring costs on shareholders relating to JC in the 2017 accounts that actually relate to 'work' he carried out in 2013/14, who knows what the turnover figure actually relates to.

I'm calling it a day there.

They can eff about all they like with news of piddling orders etc but, until the imminent Placing details are flushed out, this SP will go nowhere (apart from backwards).

Nothing has changed. Their income for 6 months has gone from eff all to a little bit more than eff all. During the next 6 months, it is quite capable of returning to eff all.

You know that they won't get a UK Gov loan and, if they get a JST loan, that will definitely be the end (as far as other shareholders are concerned).

Placing coming up and soon (IMO).

I think that it will be in that ballpark, leaving 180m shares at 7.5p to 8p per share.

They'll release that once the 50m share placing is out of the way.

As far as the new accountant is concerned (assuming that they have appointed one), if they don't let the shareholders know who he/she is, it can only be because the guy/gal's career to date is unremarkable (i.e. they haven't puffed themselves up - not very Cyan-like) or the company does not want you to know, in case you make a link.

Why has it taken them so long to scrap the ridiculous, meaningless benchmarking excuse of a policy?

Everyone knows that he has been massively overpaid for too long and have been telling the company so for ages. This is just an enforced breather but they won't be able to help themselves - they'll be back at it as soon as the dust settles.
