If this is RNS'able news, why wasn't the signing of an MOU with Adtel RNS'able in 2017?

In this day and age, with the technology that is available, why are the photos of the board members so shite and why have they got a photo of some white guy in Cambridgeshire fitting a solar panel on the roof. It looks fake to me.

Has anyone bothered to look at Quantum Renewable Inc's website. If not, I wouldn't bother, as it will only depress you. Just keep believing that it's a major player in the Philippines.

If that's a current photo, the chairman must have been about 10 years old when the company was formed in 2008.

As at 31/12/17, L&G owned 4.7 million shares (3.7%). They now appear to own 6.9 million shares (3.7%), which suggests that they have bought 2.2 million shares in the placing. Enough to maintain their original percentage.

Three weeks ago, we were told that:-

"The Company has achieved unaudited revenue for the nine month period to 30 September 2018 of £2.1 million."

Nobody should know any more than that.

My guess is that the twelve months revenue to 31 December 2018 will probably look like £2.1 million to £3 million.

"The change in the percentage of shares held is due entirely to participation in the placing by CyanConnode plc, the shares from which were admitted to AIM on 08/11/2018."

It'll be interesting to see the shareholder page updated on Cyan's website once everything settles down. Quite a few shares tied up with major shareholders, putting a squeeze on the amount available for the great unwashed to scrap over, should any positive news eventually materialise.

The % calculation appears to have been made only using the original 128,574,049 shares plus the 15,972,083 Fundraising Shares admitted to trading on 07/11/18 only.

128,574,049 + 15,972,083 = 144,546,132 x 9.5101% = 13,746,477.

I guess that there might be an RNS later correcting the holding to 7.53%.

I've always thought that the linking of the two directors remuneration package/bonuses to the £7m revenues target was a red herring (i.e. never really achievable). I'm still in that camp.

£5m of revenues needed between 01/10/18 and 31/12/18 for JC's & HB's remuneration payment (£70K & £50K respectively) in shares to be triggered.
