My main gripe has been that the BoD were massively overpaying themselves (IMO), based on the results they were 'achieving'.

In 2017, JC dished £500K out to himself, SS (£230K) and HB (£200K) didn't do so bad either.

Now, JC is getting £170K, SS nothing and HB £100K, it makes a little more sense to me. HB is still overpaid (IMO). Who else would pay him that?

Most of the contract gets spread out over its 15 year term, equating to income of approximately £100K per month (if it ever materialises).
