You could tell after 30 minutes what the market thought of it and I don't think that I'm going to end the day that far out with my 6p prediction.

The SP could easily have made its way back to 10p-11p if the TU was believed i.e. trading in line with expectations and no imminent cash call. Those are two pretty strong statements.

Something isn't right though.

When I read the TU, I was expecting a 100% increase today not a 5% one. The market hasn't reacted at all - that was my point.

Even JC must find this embarrassing i.e. the act that the market doesn't believe a word that he says.

Maybe not so useless. It all depends on what the plan is I guess.

Execution is the only valid currency in business and guess what, Cyan is an execution-free zone, which explains why SP is down 94% (yes ninety four percent) since Cronin took charge. Worse than useless.

I did understand your post.

I don't side with anyone on here, I just post my own thoughts.

Genuine shareholders (excluding JC and his entourage) need to wake up and smell the coffee before it's too late. I have mentioned a derivatives claim before. It goes a bit like this:-

'Derivative claims are claims that belong to the corporation, but are brought by a shareholder on behalf of the corporation because the corporation’s management is either unwilling or unable to do so. The shareholders filing the suit do so as a representative or “friend” of the corporation. It is an effective method of taking action when a shareholder believes management should or shouldn’t have done something. It can also be used to expose fraud and other breaches of fiduciary duty that occur within the corporation. A derivative suit can be particularly crucial when the fraud is entrenched within the corporation and the perpetrators may also be the management themselves.'

AIM companies have to report figures six monthly.

If a Q1 report will do the trick i.e. disappoint the market, you can be sure that JC will release one.

No, quarterly reporting started 12 months ago in April'18 and that was the only one received to date. They didn't bother with a Sept'18 one, just sneaked a sentence in the 'Proposed Placing' RNS instead.

If you assume that the company's performance in the first quarter was shite (which I do), there will be a trading update.
