Track record suggests any new investor in Cyan will lose money.

There are other ways to get yourself some AIM exposure e.g. VCTs, if that's what you're after and they give you a 30% safety net for starters to boot and tax-free dividends too.

Based on JC's time at Cyan, if someone was stupid enough to invest their £20K ISA allowance in Cyan, they should expect their investment to be worth about £1K in seven years time.

Probably those old 'stayers' L&G at it again.

Maybe they don't see Cyan as a good fit with their new ethical pose and are disengaging.

I did take a look at their website a few days ago.

Cyan seems like a strange fit to me. They won't want Cyan as clients for long, as it'll give a bad impression.

My guess would be that someone at YJ is related to DJ-P.

On 29/03/19, L&G dumped 1.7m shares.

Any money that they have tied up in the company is a red herring IMO.

If/when management take the company private for nothing, they can write their investments off.

However, they could then spin it back out to market and potentially make £10m's in the process instead.

What would I like to see from this management you say.

I would like to see a statement put out from JC and DJ-P stating that they (including any person connected to them) will not be involved in any takeover of the company now or in the future.

Can you arrange for that to be done?

If what tonyj is suggesting is true, there's only one way to find out.

I've just won a substantial out of court settlement after a four year battle with The Heath (DJ-P will know who I mean) and ready for another, should it happen.

It might be possible to make a derivative claim, as I mentioned the other day.

The reason this SP won't go anywhere (IMO) is because they (assisted by Arden) don't want it to and won't let it.

This will be a private company before you know what's happened.

The figures for the period 01/01/19 to 31/03/19 aren't coming in May'19. As stated in the RNS, the figures coming in May'19 are going to be the figures for the Y/E 31/12/18, which we already know i.e. revenue in the region of £4.7M.

We'll never know what the Q/E 31/03/19 were. We can guess and you know what sort of ballpark I'd be estimating.

You could tell after 30 minutes what the market thought of it and I don't think that I'm going to end the day that far out with my 6p prediction.

The SP could easily have made its way back to 10p-11p if the TU was believed i.e. trading in line with expectations and no imminent cash call. Those are two pretty strong statements.

Something isn't right though.

When I read the TU, I was expecting a 100% increase today not a 5% one. The market hasn't reacted at all - that was my point.

Even JC must find this embarrassing i.e. the act that the market doesn't believe a word that he says.
