It seems that I need to increase my guesstimate for turnover from nil - £250K to nil - £400K.

Which bit do you disagree with?

IMO, if you sell now (6p), you'll get 50% more than if you sell after the TU (4p'ish).

Also, during the JC period, the company has lost over £32m.

After all that time & money, the company still can't sell anything. The TU for the six months to 30/06/19 is probably being delayed because the sales are eff all - somewhere between nil and £250K is my guess.

When JC stops harping on about how much he has invested in the company, I will stop alerting people as to how much of the company's cash he has extracted.

Up to 31/12/18, JC's figures look like this:-

Invested - £986,000
Extracted - £1,986,000

That's a nice round £1,000,000 in his favour once the shares are written off.

During the same time, shareholders value has been decimated by 95% i.e. the SP has gone from 85p to 5p.

Never mind that, where is the Trading Update?

Just glancing back over previous results. It's amazing that in Y/E 31/12/17, the company's turnover was £1m and the three at the top (JC, SS & HB) thought that it was OK to take the whole lot out in salary, with JC taking £500K. Scandalous.

If TU (H1) is not released this week, it will be the latest under JC's tenure.

Ominous.

The thing that I find funny is that this lot go flying around the world in search of the odd sale and getting absolutely nowhere, endlessly banging on about stuff that nobody cares about, while real businesses are making hay. For example, a mate of mine picked up a £1m contract yesterday from a customer less than 10 miles away (and that's in the wilderness of Mid Wales).

It really is time for them to call it a day and put their shareholders out of their misery. It would be the decent thing to do.

The existence of this company is totally unnecessary - its 'activity' achieves absolutely nothing. It'll keel over soon (IMO).

I'll go for 6 months sales of eff all i.e. in line with market expectations (as per trading update of 11/04/19). Somewhere between nil and £250K.

Of course, that means for 12 months from 01/07/2019 he can be paid any figure for 'consultancy' and shareholders will be none the wiser - only directors' remuneration being reported.

This lot should be forced to pay money back to the company, not taking more out.
