I don't know how these contracts work but might the old Connode have put a time limit on the 500,000 licences that they sold i.e. they had to be 'activated' by a certain date and that date has arrived?

I'm not sure that the interim presentation (dated 04/09/19) says that the 500K licences were all activated as at 01/01/19.

I did ask LSE to let me know which post had caused concern (so that I have an idea of the threshold) but they didn't reply.

From what I can remember, none of my posts have been deleted. If I were to guess, I'd say that the one post that 'they' didn't like would be the one that mentions integrity and the lack of it but who knows (cares).

Cyan's total revenue for the six months to 30/06/2019 was £1M.

There are 52 people employed by the charity? That's an average earn for the charity of £38K pa per employee. The average cost to the charity is £81K pa per employee.

What do they actually do there day in day out?

I know what I re-posted on Monday - it was the Powerpoint document i.e. junk. That is why I referred to it as a Powerpoint, not Cyan's interims.

It goes on:-

Even thought they know that they are presenting tripe, as long as they've got their small print disclaimer in place they don't care.

This lot have no integrity whatsoever.

The Powerpoint presentation should be taken with a massive pinch of salt. I suggest that the readers of the Powerpoint read the disclaimer:-

'The information contained in this confidential document (“Presentation”) has been prepared by CyanConnode Holdings Plc (the "Company"). It has NOT been fully verified and is subject to material updating, revision and further amendment. This Presentation has NOT been approved by an authorised person in accordance with Section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”).

Any other person who receives this Presentation should NOT rely or act upon it.'

Says it all really.

There is no page 14 in Cyan's 2019 Interim Results. There are only 11 pages and there is no mention of SMET2 activations.

It's the in-house spun Powerpoint that mentions activations.

The often touted £25.7m of revenues is quite a specific amount considering it's based on assumptions of possible not-spots and over a 15-year period. A bit odd and a totally unreliable guesstimate I'd say.

Also, this bit needs clarification:-

"..........we anticipate that the 'outcome' for the year will be in line with Market Expectations."

What about the 'income'?
