If it was in fact a purchase (just like this 1.3m), which I very much doubt, they are sitting on a paper loss of £400K. I do not believe it.

If you followed the 5m buy it didn't do you any favours. Can you remember how much they paid?

At £4m, JC's declaration that Cyan (even before the very astute Connode addition) was a £200m company appears a little optimistic.

Perhaps he actually meant, with the stories that he could make up about the numbers in India and the rest of the world, he could blow £200m. Whatever, he's nearer to the latter.

I see that the company's brokers have hacked 25% off their target price in the last month.

Why do they feel the need to reduce the target price (from 12p to 9p), if everything is still in place and just delayed by a few weeks?

Not so long ago, the company's brokers had a target of £1.

It's all meaningless stuff.

Contracts have been coming in for 7 years+.

It doesn't happen.

A market value of approximately nil would be about right.

My point is, if the people on the receiving end of the BL Shares are privy to information which give them confidence to hold, yesterday's RNS was absolutely perfectly timed for them. Funny that.

Am I correct in thinking that Yellow Jersey (for example) could be paid in shares for their services, based on yesterday's closing mid-market price? If so, they pick up 70% more shares than they would have before yesterday's RNS.

Who would have composed the RNS?

"The Block Listing Shares may be used to settle cash sums due by the Company for employees, suppliers or professional advisers. Such shares will usually be issued out of the Block Listing Shares on the first day of each month at the closing mid-market price of the Company's ordinary shares on the last trading day of the previous month."
