Since the 'profit' (loss they mean) warning, a 'couple' of weeks have passed by. They are now in the 'few' weeks stage, heading for the unpindownable (is there such a word?), never closing 'coming' weeks window.

If they do rustle something up to feed to the market, you can guarantee that it will be a flop.

It's the only no trick pony I know that has managed to cling on to its existence for 16 - 17 years by achieving absolutely nothing but a dream.

If its address read Ponypridd instead of Cambridge and they hadn't chosen India (and the numbers that conjures up) as its imaginary market , it would have disappeared a long time ago.

The CFO, with all the figures at her fingertips has shares worth £5K . The one NED, Mr Jones (of ARM fame), hasn't got a penny invested. Says it all.

My prediction is that there will nothing signed in the remainder of 2019.

Coming weeks could easily mean coming months.

If a couple means 2, a few means 3 and several means 4 or more, how many does 'coming' mean?

On 31/10/19, they said 'The award of these contracts ...are expected to be secured in the coming weeks, the Company is now unlikely to meet market expectations for 2019.'

I guess they mean that the contracts might be secured sometime in 2020 (but who knows). It certainly doesn't sound like it will be anytime soon to me.

The fact that the company's CFO holds £5K worth of shares should tell potential gamblers all that they need to know about this shambles. Not really a ringing endorsement.

I don't see "Cyanconnode's products and services are deemed to be of sufficient value and importance" written anywhere but you can read whatever you like into their attendance I guess. I'll stick with my own interpretation.

Cyan's income has gone from eff all (£272K in 2015) to virtually eff all (£4.5m in 2018). Yes, that's a 1,542% increase but it's meaningless.

Will they be producing a list showing Cyan with an 80% decrease in turnover in 2019, compared to 2018? I don't suppose so.

If the £2m is paid by CC Ltd to Connode in 2019, you would think that Connode would use that £2m to repay some of the £2.6m it owes to CC Holdings.

As it stands Connode is paying interest (£21k in 2018) to CC Holdings for its £2.6m loan but is not receiving interest on the £2m that CC Ltd owes it.

I don't think that these £2m & £2.6m amounts are very important, in the scheme of things.

Scrap that.

Sorry, I'd say that Connode AB India pvt is a subsidiary of Connode Holding AB and that, ultimately, CC Holdings is the owner.
