Absolutely right Jim!

I am a person of extreme tolerance I believe.
However my blood boils when this sort of interference occurs.
We have a great board and I would encourage folks to be vociferous in putting down these P&Ds who appear only to encourage the volatility that Jim alludes to and which I believe sometimes results in honest folk getting screwed from the resultant fluctuations.
We can’t all sit with no stop losses and wait out the storm. Some folks are working their damdest to provide for a family etc.
We of the older brigade need to protect them if we can and not duck down below the parapet .
As I have said I love this board and how well it is policed by extremely intelligent commentary - and our own Bobby I think Bryn - please defend it.
Yes something may well be going on re funding and yes it could be better for us.
I for one have said and believe that the MF could/is massively overfunded and this may be part of the news headlines.

A govt does not approve a MF then renege on the approval of the investment that the MF is invested in.

Think they must have read how many forces guys inhabit our board and were scared off!

3.20 held and now provides major support as does 3.50.

I think we may well see a rush for shares sometime today as MMS are IMO woefully short of stock and are trying to manage the price whilst they get ahead of the market.
I believe they will fail as many who are not in yet or back in are waiting for dips to buy.
These dips will not occur IMO and will result in a rush to be in ahead of next week’s MF deadline and potential other significant news.

Looks like stars aligning in no uncertain fashion.

Some of the anecdotal “evidence” I hear on the vine:-

Perseverance has actually been the name in the mix for quite awhile but bang on now - maybe somebody had a crystal ball way back!

Some folks in the oil business believe they know which specific rig has been allocated.

Eytan was met recently on holiday by one commentator and was “very relaxed” about how things were progressing.

There are many BPC players of old who are still not in this yet, having been burnt over the years.
Newsflow plus today’s update will trigger their re- entry IMO.

I think there will be profit taking at various levels - notably 7p for LTHs however, I believe these will be mopped up by newbies and potentially IIs who will engage once all factors are fully out and completed - particularly if we get enhanced credibility from a farmin.

I believe we drift steadily up from here and I will only do a bit at 7p.

MMS playing nerve games circa 3.2 support/resistance. Stops being hunted.
IMO 3.20 will hold.

The Bank of England not lowering interest rates has boosted the Pound which is a positive for us as we raise funds in GBP and expend USD.
It all helps!

Some summary thoughts from today’s price action/news:-

Mentioned t’other day 50% re-rate anytime soon and we now have it.
3.2p has historically been a resistance level and we’ve blown through it.
Folks won’t want to be out over the w/e so could see significant move higher in next 24hrs.
CLN extension to March almost certainly in line with my prediction of farmin in March.
CLN conditions will have been met as we have $27 mill (incCLN) ) in the bank pre MF result which has been confirmed as “well received” in RNS I.e. another £2mill. minimum.
The predicted drift to 7p will continue ahead of news and then quite frankly anything could happen.
Enjoy the ride and hold on to those shares - The MMs are short of inventory as I believe are the MF due to massive oversubscription.

You can’t blame folks for taking a profit whether it be 10 or 20% (this week alone.)

The question now to me is availability of chunks of stock for when tangible news hits the wires.

News is going to happen unequivocally.
LTHs by definition ain’t going to sell in any significant size.
I think the MMS are holding on by the skin of their teeth to the market re accruing stock.
That is why we are seeing the odd “cheap” deal going through to unnerve the novices.
I believe we will see a re-rate by 50% in the next 13 days (pre CLN Drawdown)
This will occur in spurts due to lack of inventory available.

Good luck all and a word of advice - do not set stop losses too close ,if at all, as the MMs will try to take your stock cheaply during the mayhem. This is not going to go down now until we have been proved to fail.

The showcase is by Leno not BPC and typically theses are low cost - cup of coffeedrinks with all the usual suspects/mates getting together for a chat. Very much an offshore gathering of the great and the good.
The converse to your point is that they may have had so much demand that they are considering my “crazy” idea below.
Like you I may be overthinking.

How would we feel about MF being 8 times oversubscribed - BPC Issuing enough shares to satisfy demand - 2nd well being thereby funded - CLN not being required.
