I’m using worst case scenario criteria to say that the SP is underwritten @ 1.5p assuming the lowest target strike. Thereafter the numbers are based on Moyes review, worst case industry NPV.
The point being that this takes no potential positives e.g. Farmin and indeed no speculation to speak of. Indeed IMHO the NPV will be much higher.
In short PERS1 assuming min strike underwrites SP before we have the rest of the potential advances.

Thoughts:-
(The arguments of CERP/Uruguay aside.)

• PERS 1 = prospective target - 770mio BOO (lower est - Moyes) @ $6 NPV by 3bn shares = 1.5p.
• A strike on PERS 1 will prove The region.
• Dependent on STOIIP @ PERS 1 speculation will then move to next drill/licenses held(4).
• Pro rata calculations will ensue I.e. 770mio = 4.4bn. 1.4bn = 28bn(Moyes.) Over all licenses.
• Projections of 4.4bn (lower- Moyes) @ $6 NPV = 8.8p.
• Projections of 28bn (higher – Moyes) @ $6 NPV = 56p.

The point I’m trying to make is excluding any contribution/impact (except dilution) from CERP/Uruguay – BPC /PERS 1 is still fundamentally a potential multibagger and CERP/Uruguay give a hedge/credibility.

PERS 1 will be drilled as a priority and talk of funding still being required or contributed from CERP is IMHO rubbish. We are drill ready and fully funded. Anything other than PERS 1 is separate.

P.S. Not saying there will be - but BPC are being a bit unorthodox @ mom —— RNS yesterday was @ 11.47hrs.
If I was going to announce something significant - I would wait until COB Friday i.e. today.
The “pop” on Monday would be more the greater.

E.G. A Major may be in the background with a view to “monopolizing” The Caribbean.
One thing I know from my time spent offshore- you have to have the locals on board.

Initial thoughts:

• This would not occur in any form unless the BOD know that they are unequivocally funded for PERS1 I repeat unequivocally funded – that is their no.1 priority.
• This expands our footprint into The Region and indicates IMHO a desire to be The “MAJOR” player in said region.
• It will raise even more attention @ MAJORs - which could take us anywhere for the usual reasons.
• A consortium is being built.
• Await more RNSs in coming days/weeks – This is part of a long term plan that has been in build for some time.

May stymie SP for a few days, however as I’m no.2 on The Rampers index it is incumbent on me toI suggest that once this is properly absorbed the SP will strengthen.
80mill shares is peanuts in this strategy and I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t already underwritten. Perhaps even by FO.

Maybe stomped on - stupid idea - depends on who is inputting - probably a deramper.

Whilst I’m on - I look at all sorts of technical including FIB, ELLIOT, OSCILLATOR,RSI etc.

Of course I also use that renowned tech application - The IK gut feeling!

Great input today - sorry been a bit busy on another stock that rose 100% today - after a 10 year investment. RING ANY BELL?

Hi Folks

The RNS is good news and needs research on the specifics re region etc.

However initial thoughts IMHO:

• The management are proving they are not sitting around waiting for PERS1 to drill.
• They now have a license in a region with MAJOR action unlike no MAJOR as yet in Bahamas.
• This could prove the final straw for MAJORS who have been gazzumped in Bahamas for the last 15 years by a small exploration co – BPC. I’m sure that niggles a bit.
• That may therefore push the button for JV action on BPC’s terms. Possibly pre spud of PERS 1. ( If it’s not already been agreed behind the scenes but not signed.)
• This may actually be a sign that management are completely confident of financing – more to be announced –and are therefore making future plans for drill success later in the year.
• The area they have a new license is proximate on a macro basis to a large number of very successful drills by MAJORS and JVs with MAJORS.
• MAJORS don’t like new MAJORS evolving so could even precipitate buyout as our threat potentially increases. Don’t forget we have multiple licenses in Bahamas.

First thoughts Folks. Think this is good news. Will revert further after study of specifics.

P.P.S – Whoever it was who suggested a RNS could drop “tomorrow” – yesterday – nice one!
