I genuinely bow to your superior specific knowledge and I thank you for it.

My basic premise is:
That which I have seen and evaluated over the years which attests to research,research,research, research is now banging its head against a brick wall as 2 tribes go to war- both with different agendas whether short/medium/LT.

I have done all I can and excluding the trials and tribs.

I come down to 1 all pervading thing - I think there is copious amounts of oil down there because Alan said so.

I am now going to retire from the board as it (not you Jim) has descended into the same mess being shown on the news every minute.

All points well made.

My own thoughts are somewhat different.

I believe that Folk’s BOD historic and current perception is marred by extraneous events.

I’ve been doing this stuff professionally for 40+ years and have NEVER encountered a company that has had more trials and tribulations thrown against it.

The “Prevarication” for want of a better word has in no way been of their making.

Excepting CV19 possibilities I am convinced we will drill this time and behind the scenes all is in place with possibility of improvement on funding price/enhanced multiple drill potential.

There has been some commentary about Simon looking uneasy in the last interview- completely disagree – thought he was ebullient AND being careful not to give too much away.

Eytan in his last interview IMHO was buzzing.

Not disagreeing with much Jim – I think this last week has caused uncertainty and therefore nervousness.

I am sure the next few days/weeks all will be revealed.

We are all guessing – particularly with time on our hands in lockdown?

I suspect that with Stena involvement there may well be “reinsurance” facilities available - size does matter according to the memsahib - not going to admit whether that is a compliment or complaint!

It is not a BILLION shares OF DILUTION.
We do have the full funding of circa $35 mio for P1.
The merger will only impact cashflow by said dilution - if it happens.
P1 is all systems go - Covid permitting.

My main thrust which was lost in my lack of synapse capability was that I included the dilution of CERP effect I.e. 3bn shares still is viable.

Lost the plot so lost the message.

Won’t happen again - will only drink 2 bottles next time.
