KK, the 2 x £49k trades were above the mid, I would be surprised if they were sells at that price because the SP would suffer, it’s more logical they were buys at a favourable price form placing stock imho.

Koolkat, from what I have seen written, placing shares go out to entities only looking to make a small % as their business model, they have very little insight into a company for what is basically a flip.

What is more interesting, is the desire from those purchasing these shares newly available to the market.

Look how those shares were hovered up and then the further stand out trades of 2 x nearly £50k buys and subsequent trades after.

Personally I find that a lot of cash for a general PI to spend, more like institutional or professional investor, whose criteria and risk assessment will be very disciplined.

This is my opinion before I get lambasted.

1st ten mins in the morning will be very interesting, hope HL will be on the ball and allow some trading and not return negotiated trade.

The upshot is that you see significant share price rise on not only a deal but on testing results IF they are favourable. With an ASIC manufacturer giving up intellectual property, full source code and being very helpful as per the media interview and FG words then I would think it’s looking good.

“We look forward to reporting preliminary results to this company within the next couple of weeks.”

That puts these results next week or week after.

ASIC company has given up IP, Source Code and industrial secrets, this imho speaks volume above anything said on a chat.

I think Phimx wants to make sure he gets the best price on deal news IMHO, it would explain a lot on his posting and not wanting the Share Price to move up.

This backs up my theory on the constant posting from you and those blowing the same trumpet. You want news before you invest and the better price you achieve on news will equal more uplift in your trade.

I get the feeling you expect this to explode on the correct news, it explains why you are here imho.

Possibly being held while the shares find certain hands before it really is let go. I have looked around the net on this, lots of theories, but if we are all honest we know the markets are not as straight as they should be.

All on track, time will tell.

Koolkat15, that real world validation is currently being carried out on a 3rd party ASIC manufacturers hardware who have given up Intellectual property through source code and ASIC design for implementation.

Sorry Hexam, I should have been clearer, that’s my general overview of the whole market, I’m sure we have all seen trades happen on both buy and sell side and think, that’s a coincidence?

Imho, it’s the ASIC company that must have seen very strong evidence that QBT method C works, because they will have given up Intellectual property and know how from source code etc for QBT to openly examine, this information and insight is worth many millions.

Now you don’t give that up unless you as a company are certain QBT have something imho.

Update on ASIC Manufacturer AI Oracle Test

Quantum Blockchain Technologies plc (AIM: QBT), the AIM-listed investment company, is pleased to announce that it has found a way to accelerate the live testing of its Method C AI Oracle software on the mining rig of the ASIC manufacturer, the loan of which QBT announced on 6 March 2026. This work around is expected to shorten live-testing timelines and deliver earlier preliminary results of the AI Oracle which the Company now expects to receive by the end of April 2026.

The approach has been made possible by connecting the AI Oracle directly to the ASIC manufacturer’s Mining Development Kit (“MDK”) thereby avoiding the time-consuming process of fully integrating the AI Oracle onto the mining rig.

The use of the MDK circumnavigates the need to translate and optimise the AI Oracle for the ASIC control board which, whilst feasible, is a time consuming task. Instead, QBT has succeeded in modifying the CGminer-like operating system of the ASIC manufacturer’s rig to intercept all incoming mining jobs from the mining pool which are then passed to the AI Oracle with the result that only the best hashes are executed thereby enabling more efficient Bitcoin mining.

The ASIC manufacturer’s CGminer-like operating system has already been successfully tested on an Intel x86 family server in the Company’s Milan University laboratory and by its Oregon development team. This process bypasses the activities normally performed on the rig’s hashboards; instead replicating them via a cable connected directly to the server.

Data collection from the mining rig has started at QBT’s Milan laboratory. When the minimal critical mass of data has been generated, the training of the neural networks will begin, followed by the generation of the AI software model specific to the ASICs on the third-party’s hashboard.

Notwithstanding the accelerated process’ successful implementation, the objective of deployment of the AI Oracle onto the mining rig remains a key objective and the Company will be running a parallel project to also achieve this aim.

It moves in mysterious ways, a dip doesn’t mean it won’t then accelerate, a dip also can encourage buying.

Miker444, yes I agree, this large investments seem to be much larger than what a PI would have to spend bar a few.

I have noticed news does seem to creep out before the market is aware and I’m guessing it’s within inner circles who can get wind.
