Some people my sell their holding and buy rights, or do the opposite. Nil paid can be very good to buy as if AML goes up you benefit as your only paying a portion of the share price. Yet benefit greater with a percentage change.

Your confused. The cinemas will not be wiped out. The shareholders will. These share can be suspended and probably will shortly. Total wipe-out for shareholders. The bondholders will be the new owners. And they will sell the company to whoever can pay the highest price. Most cinema will stay open maybe some will close. ~

At 2 pence a share, would the Bond Holders not have to get about 250 Billion Shares? That's got to be about 99% Dilution give or take a decimal point here or there right?

Then why should they even get issues shares? Why not call in the debt fast and not give time to the management to lodge Chapter 11? Just call in administrators and get the shares suspended? Wipe out the shareholders and end it all>>>

In the best case the stake-holders leave value in the company it would haver to issue about 250 Billion shares. I expect the bondholders will take 100% of the equity and the big guys know this and are taking their losses and getting back anything they can before the shares are suspended never to return.

The bondholders will take the lot and leave nothing for the Pi is my guess. Zero value here. At best one can expect 1 pence. No more.
