Declining Income. Call it slippage if you like. The company cannot make cash and it looks highly unlikely it ever well. Now the with the falling share price it gets harder and harder to get away another dilution and get more cash to keep this on the road.

All those who just recently bought @ 0.0875 in the last dilution now massively down. And it will not be the end of more placings...give it 3-6 months and they will be back for more cash, and issuing more confetti too. Sooner or later Pi may refuse to fund this outfit any further...with 21 billion shares in issues there could be another 10 billion making more than 30 billion shares in issue. Obviously a dilution is on the cards then it is rinse and repeat....down 99.94% over the life of the shares, dont think this is cheap and it cannot fall further. Damn it can fall another 99.94% before they call it a day..if Turkey is a duster its all over..

Trouble is shipping costs went to high and it seems so high it costs more to ship than the price of the product. I bought a few things from them once and the furniture was not that great. It hard sharp object sticking out and the legs would bend. The company never wanted the product back and made it hard as possible to return. Surprise they ever had a listing of a few hundred million. All furniture made in China.

If this company cannot make money at Christmas, it could be the end. It will be needing more funds and that is at big discount. Got to be sub 1.0p in the next dilution of 50% or so.

Things do not look good. Who will buy their products?

Yes it may look to preserve value for its creditors and shareholders. However it will have to suspend its listing in order to protect the creditors. And it will have to protect the creditors in the first case. Suspension is coming and there is no value left for the shareholders.

The company pays more on wages than it does for the cash for contracts. This has always been non-profit making. Despite these contracts won, it does not transfer to profits. This is essentially a charity funding by the gullible who buy their confetti. More and more funding to keep this going. Sooner or later shareholders must say no more cash. Then its curtains.

The contracts it wins does not cover salaries. This business just keeps a few boffins in work and is not a viable company in the real world without the kindness (or stupidity) of Pi to keep throwing money at it.

There is no real business here. Its a charity. No returns from this outfit. It all one way. From Pi to the Bosses and a workers who play on computers. No matter how many contracts it wins the boffins can only do so much.

History of dilutions and more are planned. Why buy these shares? Its a strong sell....

With 21,096,376,104 (21 Billion Shares) and in about 3-4 months or so when the last funding monies run dry as they certainly will, they will have to issue at least 9 Billion more shares. With 30 Billion shares in issue it has no choice to surely consolidate. Then change the name and its rinse and repeat. And we were all led to believe they had billions of barrels from the Gatwick Gusher. Seems it can only make shares by issuing shares than producing oil. Could be many more dilutions to come after the next one. One day shareholders must say no more shares. Obviously the company will not be called UK oil and Gas.
