Proposed Capital Reorganisation is always a precursor to dilution and the issuing of more shares. As companies cannot issues shares lower than the nominal value, they change the nominal value. This opens the way for more funding. And this company has already said it will need more funding. Obviously these batteries cost more to make than they get from selling them. Funding some time early in the new year. And it will be not the last of funding demands. This company should be seen as a charity that has to tap its supporters for funds to keep it running. Without its generous shareholders this is NOT a going concern. The next funder will not doubt demand a big discount. That is if it can get it. If not it is administration. Sorry guys.

The company should explain clearly how much each battery costs to make and how much profit it makes on a sale. It looks like they sell batteries at a lower cost that it costs to make. So this is not a going concern. More of a charity.

With shipping costs alone it costs a bomb to ship a battery. The company is facing huge increase in costs from products to shipping. It will be seeking more cash again soon and Personal Investors see this. More dilution has to take place and more after that. More and more shares coming on the market at ever lower prices. Ignore and new sale as it will not help.

That is if Turkey is not a duster and it could raise enough money without wiping out all investors to pay for the next drill. It that is a duster its a complete wipe-out of all investors. Diluted to death. Now consolidation cannot be far away or the new name change. Perhaps if it is a duster next they can moving into the sweet business or teaching English to the Chinese?
