CPX got an IP court case against Maxwell Super Capacitors for breaking its intellectual property. I expect Maxell to settle out of court like Samsung has. Tesla owns Maxell, and are not short on cash. A settlement there could put a rocket under CPX. I expect 100% jump plus rather than 40%.

In CPX case their is a chance of a straight take-over rather than settlement as the company fit with Super-Capacitors over-lap.

On settlement agreement expect a big spike. Could come at any time. Maxwell is using out Tech: Let them give us an offer. When it comes the share price will spike. Good to buy some share now and sell on spike. Good luck guys. Close to making £40,000 already on these beauties...I expect to make more.

Samsung reaches agreement to settle, one day before court case begins. Looks like Samsung did not want to go into court.

Expect Maxwell agreement to follow likewise. Or perhaps make a bid instead. Good luck all.
