This company will make no money and no one buys its products. Does posh and becks use it even? Did they even buy some product?

They talk of margins, but this does not include many things such as depreciation and other costs and losses and debt repayments. Then this looks like it actually costs more to mine than the income it gains? Very much like a pit. Or bottomless hole. Or drilling an oil well where there is only dust and no oil.

There is not actual business here. Then again if is holding mostly some of these other crypto than bit-coin which is mostly worthless and much of it down 70% or so on the year, it could lose the lot and quickly fold?

Looking all good for large rise: Big payment from Maxwell is not price in, neither is the big coming deals. Nothing out there at the moment that offers more potential. Expect nice continual rise..

Navi3 Although real value is 24 pence, I am not sure it will reach that far. There will always be a discount to value. Lets assume a 50% discount that still leaves us 12. pence. With a broker target of 14. pence we could be somewhere between, 13-14. pence. So more than a 200% upside.

4 pence is way too low. I expect a settlement with Maxwell. With a bid and two bidders we will be in the money. CPX is the best share out there atm.

As at 30 June 2022 the Group had a cash balance of £160,000. So that is probably be less than £60,000 now. I suggest without further funds coming in its got less £50,000.00 if that. Either a funding or delisting. This could be its last fund raise. A decimal point is coming, that is if it finds a funder. Got to be dilution of at least another 30% Dire.. This is a going concern issue...

Here is the killer phrase:

When no funder is found, the company will be delisted....Gone for good. There is not business here except making pies in the sky.

I expect CPX who are also due a settlement to get not only a payment but a future royalty with their settlement with Maxwell and Tesla owners. CPX are in dispute and expect Maxell to settle as Samsung is. But with a permanent Royalty on Super Capacitor Patent.

NANO dispute with Samsung reached a settlement. They did not want to go to court and will settle out of court. Lawyers to Maxwell will no doubt do the same as the Lawyers to Samsung. Settle out of court. So it could be a pay day for CPX. With maxwell doing a settlement for infringement. Certain cash input for CPX. With end of court case, and lots of cash..

With 14 pence price target without a settlement and on trading alone. These should go up much much higher. There is at least 300% upside. Maxell settlement news will put a rocket under these. Buy now and sell on news is the best bet.

The NANO settlement shows that big companies do not want to enter court. This points strongly to a Maxwell settlement out of court. The lawyers of Maxell will take in what the lawyers who advised Samsung. Best to settle. On settlement news this will jump. Its too late to buy after settlement. Time to buy is now. Sell on the jump.
