Why does the management think this is a going concern? It needs an injection of cash. So what will people get for this cash injection? The company is worth a fraction of its market cap. God knows why it is priced so high. It drops by 80% and it will still be over valued. This company will fold. It cannot survive in today climate. STRONG STRONG SELL.

It has not cash so cannot call itself a cash shell. God knows why this is valued at £25,000,000. Closer to £5,000,000 would be too much.

There is nothing here. Who would do a reverse take-over at this valuation? Expect a big drop further down the line.
