GKP no longer has a licence. There is no reason whatsoever that they (Iraq Government) will grant one to GKP. Certainly there will have to be a new set up on less lucrative terms to GKP. With the Kurds taking a hit and GKP, the Iraqi taking the most part. Certainly a hair-cut for the Kurds and GKP, if GKP wants to continue. There has to be new licence and new agreements. That could take a while. Looks like its all going to be mothballed for a while.

No one wants their products so they will not make money. No money they may attempt a fundraise. Then wipe out everyone by and through dilution. Then when that money is gone then its curtains and no one will put more money in. End of road.

Cannot see who will lend this company money. When they see how many has been spent and little to show I think no one will lend to it.
