And consolidated value will have little value remaining. Damn. 0.25 pence incoming. Those who have 100,000 shares will soon have 1,000 shares. Damn.

Gazz. Your quite right about the management not wanting to list. Listing provides access to capital. And further that you may have missed earlier, not just access for further capital but a chance to keep the gravy train running. Surely though their needs to be wage cuts, resignations etc. Its going to be a tiny company so wages should be pegged to similar. Maybe better for all they delist and return the remaining capital?

Like Gazzleberry suggests it could be very good to hold on to the residual shares. There is far more value doing so than selling out now at this price. Take the 1.8pence and keep the remaining shares for further value.

If there is no reverse take-over and offer made for the rump of the company which is a cash shell and listing, there will be a 2d dividend. The whole purpose of a reverse take-over is that it remains listed. So by AIM rules, it has to do a reverse take-over or delist. If it delists it returns the cash remaining in a 2nd dividend. Gazzleberry says it cannot see the company delisting. Yet it will delist if a reverse take-over does not appear. Any cash remaining will be returned. It could be anywhere depending on how much has been spent, 0.3 - 0.4 pence. A listing will add some value to a purchaser. Yes someone will want to make an offer for the company as it is an easy entry into a listing. That entry will allow any future purchaser access for capital. We could have company that enters into a new direction or get more cash back. Total value is 2.2 pence to 2.4 pence n

On the register Halifax is holding your shares as a Nominee. So AMC brokers will pay them. Then sit back do nothing and see Halifax credit your account. Its easy for brokers to pay a nominee in one go rather than hundreds whose addresses may have changed, or be dead etc. Leave the work for Halifax. There is nothing for you to do.

TC101 most people now have a nominee. Few have certificate form. I have some from 30 years ago. Now it is all digital. When you bought you shares will be held in HX account. So AMC will pay them. Then HX will pay to you.

Many will buy this up to 2.0 pence tomorrow early morning to get on the register. They will hope to get the 1.8 and still hold the shares.

With only £650,000 or earnings, they can pay 5 boffins £32,000 a year, the remainder does not even pay for a lab, add on listing costs and they have a shortfall. So it can only make money by selling shares. This company does not make profits and never will. Few companies are interesting in getting its modeling and when it does want some it does not pay much. This is NOT a commercial venture. Its funding time again. Possible 1 pence price and then the same again will come around soon after. There will always be some fools to part with their cash. The next fundraising round coming which is inevitable should be avoided. This is a Charity. It means you give it money and expect no returns and give it more. BUT WHY?

It is time this business is closed down. Its not commercial. GET OUT NOW, with what little value is left before it is all gone and its in administration.
