Still in Business. May not be interest in your property as few people want to pay the higher interest charges when you take out a mortgage.

But they say you get what you pay for. Its budget. Other estate agents do more work for you. Then they will charge you more. Stick with it. It could be a while though. You could still go to an agent and tell them your predicament. They may take on your property or not. They may demand full rights. Then do not want their clients buy from you through PURP when they did the work. Go with an established agent and forfeit the money you paid with PURP. Cant be much. If you get a sale it is worth it. Or stick with PURP. The market is poor and few people make offers now. It is a buyers market. You may need to lower your asking price.. GL

Better refuse an RTO and delist and get a second divi. Keep the cash and reject AST shares..why give away cash for AST? If people want AST let them buy the shares. Did AST ever respond to emails?

Only for people who are public minded and want to fund wages for boffins and those on a lifestyle basis. Now one buys their models for the amount that it can ever make a profit. Income does not cover wages and this company survives on the good gesture of personal gullible investors. A fool and his money are easily parted. This is for people who are charity minded. Its not a business....it will not return or ever get something called profits. Funding incoming as usual..

Happy with my £3.71623 average. Very happy. There were a lot of people who supported this and dug into their pockets and paid £4.18 just the other day. This is a better price.

That they are talking to someone is meaningless. They will issue about 1 Billion shares at or around 0.2 pence. Then expect a consolidation. Then expect a 20 pence share price. Then a fall from 20 pence down to 10 pence then 5 pence then a repeat and rinse. Poor shareholders once owning 100,000 shares you will then have only 1,000 shares. Not at 20 pence but about 15 pence. Most shareholder will be wiped out. Damn

Of course the company will say this is just a precaution, just in case. It needs authority to issue shares. The reality is when they have this authority they will certainly use it. The company cannot seem to make enough profits and it makes money from issuing shares. So it will issues shares to pay off debt and then issue more shares for its expenses and wages. There does not seem to be a business here.

Expect 2 billion share issue. Then a consolidation. Complete wipe out.
