Alba has a listing in order to tap investors for money and it has a history of doing this. It makes money by selling shares. And of course there are always people willing to buy shares with a prospect of making money. 80% of Pi loose money however.

More dilution must be 3-6 months off and you will need to add a decimal point on to the share price. And even then there will be more dilution after that. There is always a fool who will part with his money. AVOID

Not surprising that the retail offer has failed. Guys give it 6 months and these people will be back for more money. Next dilution price will be 0.5. The one after that 0.25. This company is kept afloat by selling shares. It is not a business and will never make money. Just say no and it will be in administration.

Bang: 50% discount. And guess what? They will be back. 0.5 pence next time. After that 0.2. Then consolidation time, then rinse and repeat. Avoid this company. There is no business here.

When will Pi realize this is not a business but a charity. A few boffins are kept in employment and Pi are happy to go on and pay wages year after year after year. And guess what? Give it 6 months and they will be back. It is time to say NO. No more confetti

At these prices the company is not profitable. This was why the company was bought out in the first place when it was mothballed. If prices do not recover it may very well end up back there. With someone buying it out from the administrators. When price of coal falls further the closer it will be to being mothballed again and brought out on the next upswing. Under different ownership with shareholders wiped out. Most countries now heading into recession and with Chinese economy declining, the steel companies will want less met coal forcing prices down further leaving the strongest to survive. Only the most economic will survive the down turn.

The company is in deep trouble. Printing money is not as profitable as it used to be. Less and less money needs to be printed surely as less and less people use it in the digital age. With ink prices going up and paper prices too can it be profitable any more? Will they make enough money to pay of debt and pension hole? Is it possible this could go under and need to be rescued? Things look dire. Certainly they will want more money. So another funding? Who it going to put more money in?

April May June.....and I wonder more in July and or August. Does anything change?

Why do people sign up and agree to more and more dilution? This will not be the end. This company is kept going by the gullible who keep buying confetti knowing there will always be more. That is what these shares are Confetti and you can guarantee more confetti will come...Its all to Keep the gravy train going and pay the wages...nothing will change and this company will never make money in business...the only way it can make money is??? you guessed it?
