Did Pi actually vote to give the board authority to issues shares? What then is the nominal value of the shares now as the next dilution has got to be 0.05? Surely some sort of reorganisation? This is lifestyle company to keep people in employment. History of failure. Cannot see anything changing..

Its just a matter of time before they start planning for their next dilution and shaft the shareholders once again. The company makes money and survives by fools buying their constant confetti. There is going to come a time when Pi get fed up and say no more. Someone will pick up the assets for a song. Eventual admin in my opinion. Now what will be the discount in the next offering?

It clearly looks to me that it is all upside from here and that upside could be very significant. Its a strong buy from me. Tesla has to take us out if they want the Patents. I do not think as high as 8 pence but certainly several multiples. Way way to low at these levels. This is a battle for Patents and I think Tesla is willing to pay for them. People are always told to counter-sue when they are sued. Its a good sign. Tesla is using our Patents. They will have to pay. Simple. These shares must be much much higher. If Tesla is now taking legal action against CPX what is it that they think CPX that they should not? All to play for. Elon must can dig in his pocket and find loose change and take us out for 8 pence..

Way to cheap at these levels. He will certainly settle soon without going to court. Just take us out at a premium and he can have out Patents. Share them for free to the rest of the world. This is going much higher.

Poor Tesla, needs to find a new witness and it is stalling. It will settle long before it gets to court. Buy for the big jump on settlement is my view. Just a few months delay that is it. No reason for the fall. Expect a take-over so they can keep the patents. Expect big jump. Be in it to win it.

I picked up some in high expectations.

This company will probably be delisted in about 6 months times as it has no future. Probably it will not get another fundraising away. Pi rejected this funding and will probably refuse to fund this charity any longer. Its a lifestyle company and will never make a profit. Its time of being quoted is coming to an end. It only makes money and survives by handouts. No one will fund it going forwards and so it will eventually delist.

Soon as you buy your 50% down. There is no reason to buy this share. AVOID

Obviously this company must push some good news to get people on board who are willing to buy more shares for them to make cash to keep their jobs. There is always a fool to part with their money. Admin is eventually on the cards for this outfit, Pi will eventually say enough is enough and no more.

Kept afloat by issuing shares. And having a history of doing so. Damn who buys these? More dilution to come as night follows day. Eventually it will be in admin as Pi will eventually say no more.
