No one wants its products. The company has little if any cash left and will soon run out. It looks like it is bust. Its not going to see the year out. If no Christmas sales boost, it will close the doors in January. What a sad affair and it was so promising.

There comes a point in a life of a company when the shares fall so low it is not possible to raise any more money. If they cannot get money there is no longer a point to be a quoted company. To conserve what cash is left it could be better as a private company. Then again it is better just to call in the administrators. Thats more of a probability here. Looks like the end of the road. Sorry for those that are in. Going to be hard to even sell.

What other options or merits are there? Maybe Vernon and pals can take it private? How many multiples of the current share price will they pay?

I am sure many offers will be forth coming from as early as this week end. Who wanted it last time?

The Company is evaluating the merits of a range of options, including a combination of equity issuance, debt issuance and or refinancing and asset sales. "No decision has been made on whether to proceed with any of these options".

If it finds not merit in either, then the company is put up for sale to the highest bidder. I will take £1.25

Although they say they will recommence drilling in accordance with the original programme after parts are sourced and repaired, did they forget to add that costs for the 2 weeks down time will continue to be paid? Did they get insurance on this drill, will they claim for extra costs?

Strange that almost to TD but not gas shows? This looks more and more like a duster. If so this is sub 2 pence or over the next few weeks 1 pence. Far too high market cap with no assets. And then more funding? No way back for this outfit. Its all or nothing. Black or Red?
