To expand and diversify the company is going to need more cash. It is not going to make cash for some time on kelp farming and buying and selling kelp and with it charging some companies to offset. It will do a funding. Now where will it get the cash from? Not for selling its products that's for sure as no one wants it.

Many long time investors to get completely wiped out on the next dilution. Any diversification is always a sign that the business they have is not good. Its the only way they can stay in jobs and get a wage and keep the gravy train going.

Why support these lot and buying into the next confetti purchase? AVOID.

What is here except a MOU? No cash coming in except by selling shares. Begging bowl soon, next week of week after and another and another after that. damn

IMO the main reason for the SP's decline is a lot of people had unrealistic beliefs on the timescales and that nothing could/would go wrong or get difficult - this is the mining world, ups and downs can happen fast and do so on a regular basis with a lot of companies, hence why most are predominantly traded not invested.

I think it is weeks away from collapse. Perhaps there is a slim chance of it getting taken over. Yet that can only be for peanuts. Lets be honest this product is a non-seller so who would take it on? Its got to be close to administration sadly. Who knows David D may like the product and probably being its only customer he may love the product he bought the company. Its on its last legs as a going concern imho.

Looks like Mike Ashely will push the management to create a merged company that cuts back on costs and he got a big stake in a very large growth company that brings in the cash.
